- Difficult access to the bolts on the bogie frame caused by beam & sole-bar obstructions
- Health & safety issues associated with tightening/un-tightening of the bolts manually
- Avoiding damage to the high grade Aluminium section of the bogie system during tightening/un-tightening of the bolts
Solution:
- Straight reaction platform for tightening/un-tightening of 55mm A/F bolts (position of wrench can be altered to suit each bolt)
- Cranked reaction platform for tightening/un-tightening of 75mm A/F bolt
