Bush Installation/Extraction System

The W. Christie Bush Installation/Extraction System takes most of the manual effort out of this difficult process, making it both easier and safer. The example shows the installation and extraction of a bush on a Axle Hub from an Underground Train.

The  13 Tonne max. capacity cylinder is regulated using a hydraulic power pack in order to install/extract a bush with a thin wall of only 1.6mm. The system is quick to assemble and to adapt between installation and extraction set-up.

The Bush Installation/Extraction system can be applied to any similar Bush Installation/Extraction job, with modifications to meet the specific requirements of an application (e.g size and profile).
